Please describe your visual merchandising scheme.
Visual merchandising is our most valuable tool to set us apart. Many hours per week are dedicated to making sure our retail floor is perfect. Our visual scheme is planned and changed often so that we can artfully show how we do what we do #theroostway.”
What is the best retail idea you have ever implemented that helped boost your sales/profits?
We make sure to communicate to our clients and potential clients. Our store always looks as if you could scoop up any of our vignettes and take them home, as is! Showing people how to be clever and make their interiors unique is what we are about. Clever, comfortable and welcoming is our store.”
